Heffy Doodle and Studio Katia Hop

Hello friends! I am so excited to be participating in the Heffy Doodle and Studio Katia Collaboration Blog Hop today! Studio Katia makes some of my favorite embellishments (seriously, Iridescent Crystals on all the things), so I jumped on the chance to play with some of their other products along with my Heffy Doodle cuties. The design teams are sharing some amazing inspiration along the hop, and there is a prize up for grabs, too!

For my card, I grabbed all my Heffy Doodle pups, new and old, and combined them with the Studio Katia Loops die!

I love seeing them all together! Doggies for the win!

I started by blending Pinkfresh Studio Misty Coast ink on the Studio Katia Love for Paws stencil on white cardstock. I die cut the stenciled piece with the Studio Katia Loops die and set the circle cutouts aside, numbering them on the back so I could reassemble the front later. I die cut the Loops die from white cardstock twice more and stacked the frame and circle negative pieces. I made sure a white frame was on top along with my stenciled piece and attached them to a Heffy Doodle Oyster Shell card base.

I rounded up all of my Heffy Doodle dog sets and got to stamping! I used Yappy Happy Mail, Oh Crumbs, Hot Diggity Dog, and Who Let the Dogs Out. I stamped everything in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copics. I cut each dog out with the matching die before adding one to each circle. I cut off any of the image hanging over the edge then fit the circles back in place.

I stamped the “woof you” from Hot Diggity Dog on the remaining circle with the Tuxedo Black ink and added it to the card. I die cut the “friend” from the Studio Katia Spring Bouquet dies out of Heffy Doodle Oreo Crunch cardstock and glued it in place. I finished with some Studio Katia Icy Sparkle crystals.
